Spencer Hunt

Spencer Hunt focuses on the site selection and development process for CMK Properties, including entitlements and tenant leases. With over a decade of experience in retail real estate, Spencer has spent his career throughout Tennessee serving national retail brands and landlords. During his career, Spencer has leased and managed over a million square feet of retail. Prior to brokerage, he worked in the finance industry at Merrill Lynch in Memphis, TN.

Spencer holds a BA in Economics from the University of Tennessee. He and his wife have three children and are based in Nashville, TN. Outside of the office, Spencer spends his time at his children’s sporting events or vacationing at the beach.
