TriGreen, one of the region’s top John Deere dealers, approached CMK with the need for a new dealership to expand their presence to Crossville, TN.

  • Leasing: Negotiated a favorable lease structure with the tenant including rent escalations, NNN lease structure, and a 15-year term.
  • Asset Management: Managed the stabilized asset throughout the hold period, supporting consistent performance and predictable investor distributions.
  • Disposition: Successfully exited and sold the property to the tenant, completing the full investment lifecycle.
