Brentwood, TN — CMK Properties is pleased to announce that Sarah Sosa has joined the company as Senior Accountant. In this role, Sarah will support CMK’s growing portfolio of national single-tenant developments by managing key property and project accounting functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost tracking.

With more than 15 years of accounting experience, and over five years specializing in the commercial real estate industry, Sarah brings a deep understanding of financial operations, precision, and strategic reporting. Her expertise will help strengthen CMK’s commitment to transparency and fiscal integrity across all projects and partnerships.
