CMK Properties Welcomes Christy Moore as Transaction Manager

Brentwood, TN – CMK Properties is proud to welcome Christy Moore to the team as Transaction Manager, where she will lead the firm’s acquisitions and dispositions process from due diligence through close.

Before joining CMK, Christy’s career spanned multiple areas of real estate, including property management, residential title and escrow closings, and underwriting. She also worked as a paralegal, supporting multi-state transactions, lending, and corporate governance. This experience gives her a strong command of the operational and legal details behind a successful closing.

In her role, Christy will coordinate due diligence, manage timelines and closing checklists, and work closely with lenders, title partners, and counsel to keep deals on track and on time.

Christy holds a B.B.A. from Belmont University and an Associate of Paralegal Studies from Nashville State Community College, where she received the Paralegal Studies Achievement Award. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring Nashville’s evolving food scene.
