CMK Properties Celebrates Grand Opening of Fourth Learning Zone Development in Huntsville, Alabama

HUNTSVILLE, AL – CMK Properties is pleased to announce the grand opening of the Learning Zone Winchester, located at 4594 Friends Crossing NE, Huntsville, Alabama 35811. The 13,643-square-foot early childhood education center officially opened its doors to families on November 2, 2026, marking CMK's fourth completed Learning Zone development in the Huntsville market.

The new facility expands access to high-quality childcare and preschool education for families in northeastern Huntsville. Designed to serve children from six weeks through pre-kindergarten, the center features modern classrooms, age-appropriate learning spaces, and the Learning Zone's hands-on, STEAM-based curriculum, which encourages creativity, exploration, and early childhood development.

Since completing its first Learning Zone facility in Huntsville in 2024, CMK Properties has helped bring additional childcare options to communities throughout the region.
