CMK Properties Celebrates 15 Years of Real Estate Development and Investment

BRENTWOOD, TN – CMK Properties is celebrating its 15th anniversary, marking a decade and a half of growth from its Tennessee roots into a nationwide commercial real estate investment and development firm.

Founded in 2011 by John Hopfensperger, CMK Properties has grown by identifying opportunities, building lasting relationships, and executing high-quality real estate projects across the country. Over the past 15 years, the firm has completed more than 70 projects, developed or acquired more than 1.1 million square feet of commercial real estate, and sponsored more than 30 investment offerings across 21 states.

Today, CMK has developed more than $250 million in commercial real estate, with experience spanning single-tenant net lease, healthcare, early childhood education, retail, and other commercial assets. Throughout that growth, the firm has remained focused on disciplined development, strong tenant relationships, and creating value for its investors and partners.
