Huntsville, AL — CMK Properties is expanding access to high-quality early childhood education in Huntsville with the groundbreaking of not one but two new Learning Zone childcare facilities this week. The Taylor Road and Friendship Crossing sites, each spanning 13,643 square feet, mark CMK’s fourth and fifth Learning Zone developments in the Huntsville market.
The Taylor Road center is scheduled to open in April 2026, followed by Friendship Crossing in May 2026. These projects join Balch Road, set to open soon; Promenade Road, opening early next year; and Watercress, which has been operating since May 2024 with many 5-star reviews from families. Together, all five centers will provide space for hundreds of students across Huntsville.
