CMK Properties Announces Sale of Two Class A Medical Outpatient Buildings in Texas and Tennessee

Brentwood, TN — CMK Properties is pleased to announce the successful sale of two Class A medical outpatient buildings: Woodforest Medical Plaza located in Montgomery, Texas, and Williamson Health Center located in Spring Hill, Tennessee.

The properties were acquired by Atlanta-based SG Property Services, LLC. Berkadia’s Medical & Life Sciences team represented CMK Properties in the transaction.

Woodforest Medical Plaza, located in Montgomery, Texas within the greater Houston market, is a 48,516-square-foot medical outpatient building completed in 2020. The property is 94% leased to a strong roster of medical tenants. The first floor is occupied by Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Revive Aesthetics Regenerative Medicine, Alliance MRI, and Woodforest Foot & Ankle. The second floor features a 15,624-square-foot ambulatory surgery center operated by a joint venture between Memorial Hermann and USPI, along with Memorial Hermann primary care and Scott Family Dental.

Williamson Health Center, completed in 2023 and located in Spring Hill, Tennessee within the Nashville MSA, is a newly constructed 34,709-square-foot medical outpatient facility that is fully leased and anchored by Williamson Health. Williamson Health occupies the first two floors and provides multi-specialty services including primary care, laboratory services, and the Bone and Joint Institute’s newest location offering orthopedics, orthopedic urgent care, and rehabilitation.

Both assets were developed by CMK Properties and reflect the firm’s continued focus on delivering institutional quality assets in high-growth markets.
