Originally acquired as a 16,000-square-foot automotive dealership, the property was redeveloped by CMK into a fully operational equipment retail and service facility tailored to TriGreen’s operational needs. This adaptive reuse approach allowed for an efficient transformation of the existing structure while minimizing construction timelines and costs.
