SPRING HILL, TN – CMK Properties is pleased to announce the successful sale of its early childhood education property located at 216 Town Center Parkway, Spring Hill, Tennessee 37174.
The 13,029-square-foot facility is occupied by the Learning Zone, a leading provider of childcare and preschool programs in Middle Tennessee. Designed to serve families with children ranging from six weeks to five years of age, the center features specially designed classrooms and educational spaces that support early childhood development and kindergarten readiness.
CMK Properties broke ground on the project in March 2023, and the facility officially opened to families in February 2024. This is the Learning Zone’s eighth child care center in Middle Tennessee and was developed to help meet the growing demand for high-quality childcare options in one of the region’s fastest-growing communities.
