Clarksville, TN – CMK Properties has completed construction on its newest Learning Zone childcare facility, located at 1125 Meadowhill Lane in Clarksville, TN, a fast-growing suburb of Nashville. The 12,833-square-foot center broke ground in April 2025 and was officially completed on January 23.
The Clarksville facility is on track to open to students early this year and will help meet the rising demand for high-quality early childhood education in the greater Nashville region. Clarksville continues to experience significant population growth, driven by families seeking strong communities, job opportunities, and accessible childcare options.
