CMK Properties Announces Closing of New Tractor Supply Company Development in Pulaski, Wisconsin

PULASKI, WI – CMK Properties is pleased to announce the closing of a new development project in Pulaski, Wisconsin for a build-to-suit Tractor Supply Company (TSC) store. The firm closed on the property on March 27, 2026, marking its 10th development partnership with TSC.

The project will consist of a 21,930-square-foot, prototype TSC store. Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2026, with completion anticipated in October 2026. Tenant move-in is expected in December 2026, followed by rent commencement and the grand opening in January 2027.
