CMK Properties Announces Closing and Groundbreaking of New Tractor Supply Company Development in Ham Lake, Minnesota

HAM LAKE, MN – CMK Properties is pleased to announce the closing and groundbreaking of a new development project in Ham Lake, Minnesota for a build-to-suit Tractor Supply Company (TSC) store. The project marks CMK’s 11th development partnership with Tractor Supply Company, further strengthening the firm’s long-standing relationship with the nation’s leading rural lifestyle retailer.

The development will consist of a 21,930-square-foot prototype Tractor Supply Company store. Construction is scheduled to begin in May 2026, with completion anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2026.
